1. Project Scope

We design and build your website based on the plan you choose (Standard or Pro). You get the full feature list shown on the pricing page — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

Standard includes 3 custom-designed pages. Pro includes up to 7 pages plus image sourcing, full SEO setup, custom animations, and a 30-day post-launch support window.

Anything outside the chosen plan's scope — extra pages, custom integrations, e-commerce, multilingual setups, custom code components — is quoted separately before any work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Standard Plan: $800, one-time. Pro Plan: $1,000, one-time. That's the entire fee — no monthly charges, no contracts, no recurring obligations.

We collect a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before we transfer the finished project to you and connect your domain.

We accept credit card, ACH, or invoice. Payments are processed via Stripe.

3. Timeline & Delivery

Standard Plan typically goes live within 7–10 business days. Pro Plan within 10–14 business days. The clock starts the moment we receive your completed design prompt and deposit.

Delays caused by Client (slow content delivery, missed feedback, unresponsive approvals) extend the timeline accordingly. We always communicate when a delay is on our end versus yours.

If we miss our own promised delivery window without a Client-side delay, we'll let you know early and adjust.

4. Revisions vs. Scope Changes

Standard Plan includes 1 round of revisions. Pro Plan includes 2 rounds plus a 30-day post-launch support window for small tweaks.

A revision is a change to existing work — adjusting colors, swapping a photo, rewording a section, repositioning an element. These are included.

A scope change is new work that wasn't in the original plan — adding pages, building new features, integrating new tools, or significantly changing the design direction after we've started building. Scope changes are quoted as additional work.

We'll always tell you in advance which category a request falls into. No surprise charges, ever.

5. Project Handoff & Ownership

Once final payment is received, we transfer the Framer project to your own Framer workspace. From that moment forward, the site is fully yours.

What "yours" means: you own the design, the layout, the copy, the project file, and all rights to use the site however you want — edit it, redesign it, sell it, hand it to another developer.

After handoff, you'll need a Framer subscription (typically $10–25/month, paid directly to Framer) and a custom domain (paid to your registrar). Both are services we don't resell — you own those relationships directly.

We provide a short onboarding email walking you through how to log in, edit pages, and manage your subscription. Beyond that, we're available for paid future work but not on-call as your hosting provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to: provide complete answers to the design prompt within 7 days of signing; supply your logo, brand assets, and any photos you want us to use; respond to preview links and revision rounds within 3 business days; make timely payment on both deposit and final invoice.

We can't be responsible for delays or quality issues caused by missing or low-quality content. If you don't have photos or copy, the Pro Plan includes sourcing — just let us know on the discovery call.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Deposit (50% setup) is refundable up until we begin design work. Once we start designing — usually within 24 hours of receiving your design prompt — the deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you cancel during the build, you'll receive whatever has been completed up to that point (design files, partial site). The deposit is not refunded but you keep the work.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project if a client is abusive, requests illegal content, or repeatedly violates these terms. In that case, we'll refund any unearned portion of the deposit.

8. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that our work will be free of significant defects for 30 days after handoff. If something we built doesn't work as agreed during that window, we fix it at no charge.

After 30 days, the site is yours to maintain. Issues caused by edits you make after handoff, third-party services (Framer, Stripe, Calendly, etc.), or hosting outages are not our responsibility.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost revenue, missed appointments, reputational harm — caused by downtime, third-party failures, or anything outside our direct control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid us.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may include your finished site in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. That includes the URL, screenshots, and basic project details.

If you'd prefer your project stay private, just let us know during the discovery call or before launch.

10. Governing Law & Disclaimer

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
